About Hao

Hao practices at the intersection of intellectual property and technology law, guiding clients through complex, high-tech agreements. Hao recognizes that the primary value of technology companies is their intellectual property. He works with clients to understand their businesses, their technologies, and how to protect them, and how to maximize value in order to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. He advises a wide range of clients including large public companies, investors, and emerging companies in a variety of different technologies including semiconductors, telecommunications, network security, and integrated cloud-based platforms and applications. Hao has represented clients for mergers and acquisitions, licensing of intellectual property and related assets, technology development agreements, and structuring and negotiating complex strategic alliances. Before joining Holland & Hart, Hao was a senior associate at a large international firm in Denver.
