Glenn Johnson is a Registered Patent Attorney with experience representing clients in technical and complex litigation in the areas of intellectual property, commercial and business disputes, and employment. Such representations have involved litigation throughout the United States, including practice before Federal Courts in California, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Washington, Wisconsin, and Washington DC.; practice before the Eighth Circuit and the Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal; and practice before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO.
