Gail Y. Cosgrove

Born and raised in Hawaii, Gail has been practicing law in Hawaii for more than 40 years. She represents Hawaii's major private and public hospitals and medial centers, physicians and other health care providers in medical malpractice cases before the Medical Inquiry Conciliation Panel (MICP) and in state and federal courts. Gail has also represented medical device manufacturers and building product manufacturers in multi-million dollar product liability litigation. Gail is an active member of the legal community and has served as the President of the Hawaii Women's Legal Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization that provides grants to support programs that benefit women and children in need as well as programs which advance qualified women in the legal profession. She is part of the clinical teaching faculty at the William S. Richardson School of Law.
