About
Fritz Fisher practices in the areas of commercial real estate, financing transactions, and general business matters. Fritz focuses his practice on commercial real estate acquisition, leasing, financing, construction and development, and he represents a wide variety of real estate investors, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants. Prior to Fisher & Suhr, for 16 years he was a founding and managing shareholder of Fisher, Sweetbaum, Levin & Sands, P.C. Earlier in his career, he was in-house counsel at BetaWest Properties, Inc., where he worked on development projects and leasing transactions throughout the country. Prior to that, he practiced law with Holme Roberts & Owen in Denver, where he worked in that firm's real estate and tax groups, and with Baker & McKenzie in London, England, where his practice focused on multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions. Fritz is the founder of The Shannon Foundation (www.theshannonfoundation.com), an organization that he has run since 1994, and he sat on the Board of Directors of The Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics from 1998 through 2004; both are charitable organizations that help to pay for medical care for needy children. He also served for six years on the Board of Trustees of Colorado Academy.
