About Francis

Sandy Dibble is chair of the firm’s Executive Committee and Litigation/Alternative Dispute Resolution Department, and is a member of its Health Law and Employment Law Practice Groups. Early in his career, Sandy concentrated his practice in litigation, particularly in health care, business and anti-competition cases. He has extensive trial experience in high-stakes and high-profile cases and is recognized as one of Massachusetts’ preeminent trial lawyers. Sandy has frequently represented hospitals and other health care providers in litigation and has handled dozens of cases involving antitrust issues. Sandy also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to advising for-profit and non-profit organizations and individual clients on issues of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and the legal implications of major business decisions. He has worked closely with in-house counsel and senior executives of client organizations to manage crises and avoid or solve problems.
