About Flavia

Flavia Campbell focuses her practice in the areas of trademarks and copyrights, counseling her clients on management of their intellectual property rights in the U.S. and abroad. In addition to assisting clients with the selection, clearance, prosecution, policing and enforcement of their trademarks, she negotiates and drafts a wide variety of intellectual property agreements, represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and provides counsel on trademark matters in general. Flavia also advises clients on the clearance and registration of copyrights, and negotiates releases, licenses and other agreements involving copyrights and rights of publicity. Her work also includes assisting clients with domain name disputes, websites privacy policy statements and terms of use. Having started her professional career in Brazil, Flavia brings a unique perspective to global portfolio management.Flavia has been named one of the Top 100 lawyers in Arizona in 2020-2021 by the AZ Big Media publication, she has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for Trademark Law in the past three years and she is also a seven-time recipient of the IP Star honor by Managing Intellectual Property and has been consistently ranked as one the World’s Leading Trademark Professionals by WTR since 2017.
