Ethan Tidmore is a litigator with a primary focus in the areas of complex commercial litigation and creditors’ rights. His practice involves the representation of businesses and individuals in a broad range of trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts. Ethan routinely handles matters for national, regional, and community financial institutions, including creditor claims, lender liability, and trustee litigation. Ethan currently serves as the co-chairperson of the Alabama State Bar Association’s Task Force on the Future of the Legal Profession. He is also an active leader in the American Bar Association, where he serves on the Section of Litigation’s Pretrial Practice and Discovery Committee as co-chair of the Membership and Diversity Subcommittee. He previously served a three-year term in the ABA’s House of Delegates, the policymaking body of the ABA. He also served as the Assembly Speaker of ABA’s Young Lawyers Division (YLD), which is the second highest office in this 150,000-member organization.
