Eric Fader has represented healthcare providers and other corporate clients in connection with business planning and contractual issues, transactional matters, and federal and state regulatory compliance for more than 35 years. His clients include providers of the technical and professional components of intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring (IONM) services; telehealth, teletherapy and telepharmacy platform providers; Article 28 licensed diagnostic and treatment centers and ambulatory surgery centers; diagnostic imaging centers; urgent care providers; and private practices of all types. Eric has also represented provider networks, medical device suppliers, equipment vendors, and providers of revenue cycle management and other healthcare services in contractual and regulatory matters.
