Elizabeth A. She has litigated in many jurisdictions throughout the country. Elizabeth has represented clients in a wide variety of employment-related lawsuits, including cases involving multi-plaintiff discrimination claims, reductions-in-force and The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN), unfair competition claims, and executive employment agreement disputes. Beyond litigation, Elizabeth represents clients with respect to complex Department of Labor wage and hour audits, she has handled multiple arbitration matters, and she also counsels clients on all facets of the employer-employee relationship and offers litigation and pre-litigation counseling on claims involving: Complex internal investigations Executive contracts Business acquisitions and sales Leave and disability issues Discrimination and retaliation claims Elizabeth works with employers in a wide range of industries, including: Consulting Health care Government defense contractors Real estate development Banking Technology National trade associations Telecommunications Publishing and media A shareholder in Littler Mendelson's Tyson's Corner office, Elizabeth is a member of the firm's Associates Committee, Plaintiffs Committee, and Women's Leadership Initiative.
