About Dustin

Real estate attorney with in-house experience at premier mountain resort company. Uses legal operations experience to help clients achieve real estate and development goals.From ski instructor to mountain resorts counsel, Dustin Charapata uses his firsthand resort and hospitality experience to bring high level counsel to real estate clients. Through his broad-based transactional practice, he delivers development, finance and leasing guidance on all facets of complex real estate transactions. Drawing on his in-house counsel experience, Dustin knows the importance of balancing creative problem solving with practical legal advice while taking into account the needs and objectives of both the in-house legal department and the business. He also advises on a variety of general legal matters such as identifying contractual, regulatory and pre-litigation risk as well as with corporate matters that include negotiating and reviewing a wide variety of agreements. Prior to law school, Dustin served as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman for the U.S. Navy and deployed with 5th Marine Regiment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
