Dustin S. Charapata

Through his broad-based transactional practice, he delivers development, finance and leasing guidance on all facets of complex real estate transactions. Drawing on his in-house counsel experience, Dustin knows the importance of balancing creative problem solving with practical legal advice while taking into account the needs and objectives of both the in-house legal department and the business. He also advises on a variety of general legal matters such as identifying contractual, regulatory and pre-litigation risk as well as with corporate matters that include negotiating and reviewing a wide variety of agreements. Prior to law school, Dustin served as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman for the U.S. Navy and deployed with 5th Marine Regiment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
