About Drew

Drew Tate is an associate in the firm's Sacramento office, where he represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Drew worked at a prominent Sacramento litigation firm, where he defended public entities in civil litigation and public and private employers in employment litigation. While at law school, Drew served as a judicial extern to Judge Barbara M. Scheper on the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles and as a law clerk for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in both Chicago and Los Angeles. Additionally, Drew served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy.
