Douglas S. "Doug" Parker

Doug Parker provides legal assistance to employers throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska in nearly all aspects of labor and employment law. He has successfully litigated numerous employment-related matters in jury trials and class actions in federal and state courts and various administrative agencies. Doug’s litigation practice includes defense of claims under: Wrongful discharge Retaliation Wage and hour Contract interference Harassment Discrimination Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) State and federal leave acts Non-competition/non-solicitation agreements In addition, Doug has extensive experience handling traditional labor relations matters, including collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations and National Labor Relations Board proceedings, such as unfair labor practice and election-related proceedings.
