Doug Sullenberger is a partner in the firm's Atlanta office. His practice focuses almost exclusively on traditional labor law, matters and advice, including representing and advising employers on matters involving development of and participation in employer-side collective bargaining, attempted union organizing activities, handling grievance/ arbitration cases, advice on strikes and strike preparation and conducting a day-to-day labor relations representation of employers before the National Labor Relations Board. Doug has been an "AV" Peer Review Rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell for over thirty years. He has been listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers since 2009.
