Donald D. "Don" Jackson

Don Jackson has 25 years of wide-ranging litigation experience with emphasis on energy industry and intellectual property matters. His energy litigation experience includes disputes over royalties, trespass, prudent operations, lease terminations, joint operating agreements, products liability, and removal of the operator. Don's intellectual property litigation experience includes trade secrets, patents, copyrights, and trademarks. He also has extensive experience representing industry-leading companies in lawsuits involving business torts, eminent domain, and defamation.
