Don H. Twietmeyer

DON H. TWIETMEYER, ESQ., CPA, is a Partner at Trevett Cristo and practices primarily in the areas of Estate Planning and Trusts and Estates Administration. He received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science at the State University of New York at Buffalo, his J.D. from Albany Law School at Union University, his LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Miami School of Law, and his M.B.A. in Accounting at Rochester Institute of Technology. He is admitted to the New York bar and The Florida Bar, and he is a Certified Public Accountant in New York. He is a frequent lecturer on various tax and estate planning topics, and is the 2008 recipient of The Raymond J. Pauley Award from the Monroe County Bar Center for Education. He currently serves the Rochester Regional Health Foundations as a Board member and as Chair of its Planned Giving Committee, and the Rochester Rotary Club as a Board member and Treasurer. He is also a New York Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and a member of the Estate Planning Council of Rochester. He is an Accredited Estate Planner through the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, has been listed in the Trusts and Estates Section of The Best Lawyers in America since 2007, and has also been listed in the Estate Planning and Probate Section of New York Super Lawyers, Upstate Edition, since 2007.
