Dennis R. Rose represents clients across a wide spectrum of industries at both the trial and appellate level. Dennis has extensive experience handling a broad range of disputes in federal and state courts throughout the country. He has served as national litigation counsel in products liability litigation and Ohio counsel for lender liability and toxic tort matters. He represents clients in a diverse spectrum of industries, including financial services, paper, manufacturing, retail, real estate and transportation, in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, including theft of trade secrets, and class actions. Dennis also represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in probate litigation and counsels both individuals and boards of directors in shareholder disputes. Dennis is co-chair of the firm's fiduciary litigation area. In addition to serving his clients in civil litigation throughout the country, Dennis represents Hahn Loeser as its general counsel, making him responsible for legal matters relating to the firm. He has extensive experience in dealing with issues concerning the practice of law. Dennis is a Life Member of the 6th Circuit Judicial Conference. He served as chair of the Northern District of Ohio's Federal Court Advisory Group from 1999 to 2008 and currently serves as chair emeritus. He has also chaired the Northern District of Ohio's Civil Rules Committee and Electronic Filing Rules Committee. Additionally, Dennis was a member of the Ohio Supreme Court's E-Filing Work Group from 2002 to 2007. Dennis' community service includes his long-time board membership for Shoes and Clothes for Kids, and his service as chair of the Brecksville Board of Zoning Appeals. Dennis is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the categories of Litigation – Trusts & Estates and Commercial Litigation, and in Ohio Super Lawyers for Estate & Trust Litigation, Business Litigation and Appellate. Contie Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
