David delivers to his clients the benefit of nearly two decades of private practice and in-house public company experience. He utilizes this experience to work efficiently and effectively on nearly any form of complex real estate or corporate matters. David’s experience ranges from real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing and joint ventures, to corporate governance, compliance rules and regulations for real estate and development companies and other businesses. A practical lawyer from the onset of his career, David’s easygoing and flexible nature is supported by his immutable commitment to accountability and taking care of everything his clients need, as well as positive communication geared toward solutions that support the result they want. Prior to joining the firm, David served as general counsel for Altisource Asset Management Corporation (NYSE: AAMC), as well as vice president-legal and assistant secretary for Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE). David functions as an outside general counsel, keeping his client’s best interest at the forefront of every decision made.
