David L. Reynolds

David is a partner in our private client and tax team at Withers Bergman LLP. He concentrates on the areas of estate and income tax planning for individuals, families and their businesses. David advises on tax, corporate, and succession planning for closely held businesses, handles estate settlement and trust administration and provides legal advice on pension, profit sharing and other tax and non-tax qualified deferred compensation programs.
