David E. Wagner

Mr. Wagner is a partner in the Raleigh office and focuses his practice on the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of office, retail, warehouse, medical, and mixed-use projects. His clients include shopping center owners, office landlords and tenants, real estate developers, healthcare providers, institutional investors, and lending institutions. Mr. Wagner regularly handles matters involving retail leasing, standard and medical office leasing, and ground leases as well as a full range of development and finance matters. In addition, Mr. Wagner handles land use issues before local governmental officials and a wide range of distressed commercial real estate matters.
