David B. Donchin

David Donchin’s litigation practice involves Insurance Law, Complex Litigation, Personal Injury Law, Products Liability, Employment Law, Environmental Law and Medical Malpractice. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Donchin has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law for Trial Practice, and as a member of the Faculty of the Southern Region of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Donchin was elected into the American College of Trial Lawyers, which is limited to the top one percent of a State’s total attorneys. He has been a perennial selection by his peers for inclusion in Super Lawyers since its inception in 2006, for Personal Injury Defense. He has been recognized in Oklahoma Magazine and Super Lawyers Magazine as one of the State's top 50 lawyers from 2010-2017; and recognized as one of the State's Top 10 lawyers in 2014 and 2015. He was selected for inclusion by Benchmark Litigation from 2013 to 2016 for insurance law and medical malpractice; and, inclusion in Best Lawyers of American for Insurance Defense in 2015 and 2016. He is a frequent lecturer on trial practice and matters involving insurance law, pretrial litigation and trial techniques.
