DANIEL P. QUIGLEY is a CDQ partner and the Vice President of the firm. He has been practicing law in Arizona since 1984. Since joining CDQ in 1997, Dan has practiced in all areas of commercial litigation, including cases raising antitrust and intellectual property issues. Dan has lectured at the State Bar of Arizona’s Professionalism courses and been an instructor at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s Arizona Deposition Skills Program. He is a member of the Xavier College Preparatory High School Board of Trustees, and the past president of the St. Thomas the Apostle School Board, and a past member of the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish Council.
