Daniel Miles concentrates his practice on employment and labor litigation, representing management in claims involving harassment and discrimination in the workplace, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.Daniel represents employers on labor and employment disputes under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act and advises clients on proactively navigating both federal and state employment laws to reduce legal risk.
