About Daniel

Dan Finnegan is a member of the firm’s Litigation/Alternative Dispute Resolution and Real Estate Departments and Construction Law Practice Group. He focuses his practice in the areas of litigation, construction law, administrative law and land use. Dan handles all aspects of civil litigation, arbitration and mediation and has represented corporate, business, governmental and individual clients at the trial and appellate court levels in both state and federal courts. He represents owners, design professionals and contractors in litigation and alternative dispute resolution forums and in the negotiation and drafting of contracts. Dan handles a wide range of zoning and land use matters as well as litigation matters and has substantial experience representing clients before municipal boards and administrative agencies. He also has experience in real estate tax abatement and exemption cases.
