Dane E. Leitner

Dane E. Leitner’s practice is a unique mix of business, real estate and family law to help protect his clients’ interests in business and their personal lives. A Florida native, he has built a reputation with business owners and entrepreneurs for his ability to quickly understand the dynamics of a complex dispute as well as his sound, strategic counseling. While Dane promotes problem-solving to avoid expensive litigation for his clients, he is a dynamic and effective trial lawyer when a settlement cannot be reached. As general counsel for a variety of companies, Dane has extensive experience in business litigation, contract disputes, business divorces, derivative actions, restrictive covenants, corporate governance, business formation, shareholder contracts and other general business matters. Dane handles real-estate litigation involving contract disputes, deposit disputes, evictions, partitions, and routinely represents contractors and builders. In residential and commercial transactions, he represents buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and provides counsel on condominium and homeowner association law. In his practice of marital and family law, Dane is dedicated to helping his clients through difficult transitions that impact their family life and financial future. He represents their interests in divorce, child custody, enforcement, modifications and domestic violence matters, and drafts prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Dane and his wife have two young daughters and a goldendoodle. On weekends, he enjoys spending his time with his family, playing golf and boating.
