Dana Perry concentrates her practice on estate planning, special needs planning and elder law. Dana has a hands-on approach helping clients provide for their family's future security and protect their assets through creative planning. Additional areas of focus include long-term care planning, navigating the Medicaid rules, veterans' benefits planning, multi-generational trust planning and drafting and administering supplemental needs trusts. Dana is certified as an Elder Law Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and is an Accredited Attorney, Department of Veterans Affairs. She is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Georgia, and is a frequent speaker on estate planning, elder law and special needs planning.
