D. Neal "Neal" Tomlinson

Neal brings over 25 years of experience and a results-oriented approach to his business and government relations law practice. With an emphasis on regulated business licensing and regulatory compliance, Neal regularly represents various clients before local, state, and federal government agencies, including as a registered lobbyist in Nevada and Wyoming. His effectiveness is the result of thoroughly understanding his client’s businesses coupled with his advocacy and political strategy experience. Neal’s core clients come from industries such as health care, gaming, hospitality, financial services, energy, transportation, real estate development, nonprofits, and trade associations. ​Throughout his career, Neal has taken more than 25 cases to trial in various state and federal courts and tribunals and argued appellate cases before the Supreme Court of Nevada and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. He also serves as Nevada local counsel to numerous corporate clients and international law firms. Neal is a United States Army Veteran and served on active duty in the 2d Armored Cavalry Regiment 2d Squadron with tours of duty along the communist border between former East/West Germany and Czechoslovakia.
