D. Gregory "Greg" Dunagan

Greg Dunagan is a shareholder in the Mobile, Alabama office. His practice focuses primarily on representing employers in workers’ compensation claims. He also defends claims involving retaliatory discharge, premises liability, automobile negligence, trucking accidents and other general tort claims. Greg earned his BA in mathematics, graduating cum laude, from Huntingdon College (AL) and his JD from the University of Alabama School of Law. Greg is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected to The Best Lawyers in America© (2016-2018) in the area of workers’ compensation. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Mobile County Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. Greg is a trained mediator and is listed on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster. Greg is a self-taught (”with a little help from Mama“) home-cook and loves cooking for his family, friends, co-workers and church gatherings. Upon retirement from the practice of law, he says he would like to open a food truck – ”but in Hawaii,“ says his wife. He also enjoys watching The Andy Griffith Show and is quite adept at trivia from the show. Greg is active in his church, where he enjoys singing in the choir and serves as a deacon. Greg and his wife are the proud parents of two children, two rescue cats and a boxer.
