Cynthia W. Kolb

Cindy Kolb is a Director at Cross, Gunter, Witherspoon & Galchus, P.C., based in the firm’s Little Rock office. Her practice areas include employment law, insurance defense, and insurance coverage. She regularly speaks on employment law and HR-related topics for SHRM-affiliated and other industry groups around the state. Cindy served as the 2014 Chair of the Employment Law and Legislative Affairs (ELLA) Conference, hosted by the Arkansas Society for Human Resource Management State Council. She is also an active member of the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association (CAHRA) and is the VP of Special Programs for 2017/2018 and is the 2017-2018 Chair of the CAHRA Managers Conference. She co-chaired the Arkansas Bar Association’s Mid-Year Meeting this year and served as the Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Arkansas Bar Association in 2012-2013. She is a member of the Judge Henry Woods Inn of Court.
