Craig has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts and administrative tribunals, including trials in cases involving disputes over corporate governance and control, complex contract interpretation, validity of mining claims, mining joint ventures, and natural resource damages under CERCLA. Craig is a Certified Information Privacy Professional through the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Craig serves as counsel to the firm. He led Holland & Hart’s 100-lawyer Commercial Litigation Practice Group from 2010-2017.
