About Craig

Clients turn to Craig Caesar's trial and appellate experience for help with complex business disputes and government investigations. His decorated background of courtroom success has earned him the trust of regional and national clients in health care, manufacturing, telecommunications and financial services. He advises clients on a variety of issues, from antitrust and trade regulation matters to state and federal litigation. For nearly 20 years, Craig has served as the principal outside counsel for two national credit data exchanges from their inception to their current positions as leaders in the telecommunications and financial services industries. Craig represents clients on matters involving: Health Law Managed Care Litigation Trials Antitrust Government Enforcement and Investigations eDiscovery, Document Review and Investigation Services Data Protection, Privacy and Cybersecurity Craig served as the Notes & Comments Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review at Northwestern University School of Law and is a member of the University's Leadership Circle. He also shares his free time preserving the artifacts and personal accounts of the "Greatest Generation" as a Two-Star Member of the Patriots Circle of the National World War II Museum in New Orleans.
