Clark J. Zimmermann

Clark J. Zimmermann, joined the firm in 1999 and was made a partner in 2003. He was admitted to the New York State and Massachusetts’s State Bars in 1992. He is also admitted to the Federal District Court and Bankruptcy Court. Formerly an Assistant Public Defender in Monroe County, Clark handled homicide, violent felonies and high-level drug offenses. He continues to concentrate his practice in criminal defense and collateral consequences of criminal actions. Clark’s criminal practice extends to Ontario, Genesee and Livingston counties. His extensive trial experience lends itself easily to other areas of litigation. Since joining the firm, Clark has developed a successful personal injury practice and continues to fight to obtain fair judgments or settlements for his clients. To complement this area, he also defends several types of personal injury actions for individuals, insurance companies, and businesses.
