Cindy Caditz evaluates trademark availability and registrability, prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign trademark applications, and handles domestic and international trademark opposition. Her practice also includes transactional trademark and intellectual property law such as licensing and contractual agreements. She manages substantial portfolios and protects trademarks in administrative and civil litigation. Cindy's proactive counseling, a hallmark of her practice, has resulted in cost savings and efficiencies for many of her clients. She also counsels in and litigates trade name, unfair competition, and trademark infringement matters. Cindy is also experienced in e-commerce matters, including domain name registration and application strategies, copyright registrations, cyber security issues, cybersquatting, unauthorized use of trademarks on the Internet, domain name arbitrations, and governance of online activities.
