Chris plays an integral role in ensuring political processes serve the public interest. As counsel for Colorado Concern, a coalition of high profile business leaders, he led the litigation team that secured a Colorado Supreme Court decision striking down an executive order that would have changed Colorado’s petition requirements. He also won an emergency injunction requiring the leadership of a state legislature to stop using computers to ”read“ bills faster than listeners could hear them. Outside of the office, Chris continues his passion for politics serving as co-chair of the Republican National Lawyers Association. In 2012, he served as deputy general counsel for Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign.
