About Christopher

Christopher counsels clients involved in the development of life sciences, chemical, and mechanical engineering technologies through the various stages of patent prosecution. Christopher's practice focuses primarily on the preparation and prosecution of utility and design patent applications both in the U.S. and internationally. He also handles responses to office actions and prepares infringement and freedom to operate opinions. In addition to his patent prosecution practice, Christopher occasionally provides support on intellectual property litigation matters. Christopher worked as a chemical engineer at a global engineering consulting firm for nearly a decade before attending law school. Drawing on his experience as a lead engineer on major energy and environmental projects, Christopher works collaboratively with inventors to develop patent strategies that protect their designs.
