Charles E. "Bud" McDonald, Jr.

Bud McDonald has practiced real estate law in the Greenville area for nearly 40 years. He has handled numerous transactions involving the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of real property. Mr. McDonald is also a member of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He regularly serves as lenders’ counsel in mortgage-related transactions for leading regional and national financial institutions. He also acts as South Carolina counsel in multistate loan transactions involving industrial and commercial sites in the state. Mr. McDonald and the firm serve as title agents for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company of New York.
