Casie J. Towsley

Casie Towsley focuses her litigation practice in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, products liability, collections, and contract disputes. She serves as vice chairperson on the board of directors for BounceBack of Indiana, a nonprofit providing relief and hope to people during an unexpected financial crisis. She was selected for inclusion in The 2021 Best Lawyers in America®: Ones to Watch publication in the area of insurance law. Casie is a member of the Allen County and the Indiana State Bar Associations, and the American Inns of Court, Benjamin Harrison Chapter. Prior to attending law school, she worked as an Operations Manager for a wholesale division of a commercial baking company with international distribution. Casie received her B.S., in Public Affairs with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne, graduating with distinction. She received her J.D., from the University of Notre Dame Law School where she was a member of the Women’s Legal Forum, the Public Interest Forum and the Legal Voices for Children and Youth organization. While in law school, Casie completed an externship with the DeKalb County Prosecutor’s Office and worked in the Notre Dame Clinical Law Center’s Economic Justice Clinic. Casie is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
