About C.

Michael is a partner in the Firm's Litigation Department and chair of its Commercial and Real Estate Litigation, Arbitration, and Mediation practice group. He has extensive experience as a trial lawyer, arbitrator, construction adjudicator, and mediator in the resolution of complex disputes involving antitrust and trade regulations, business, commercial, construction, contract, financial, insurance, intellectual property, product liability, and real estate matters. Michael is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Malaysia Branch), the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators, and the Malaysian Society of Adjudicators. He is a member of the panel of arbitrators, the panel of mediators, and the panel of adjudicators of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Arbitration Centre and a panel member of the American Arbitration Association, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, and Dispute Prevention & Resolution, Inc. (Honolulu, Hawai`i). Michael holds a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration issued by the Charted Institute of Arbitrators.
