Bryce is a trial lawyer that advises both overseas and domestic clients on a wide range of matters, including partnership disputes, trade secret misappropriation, shareholder derivative suits, breach of contract, receiverships, and other business disputes. Though Bryce enjoys going to trial, he has had a lot of success in obtaining a dismissal of his clients early on in the case or through summary judgment. Results Driven: Bryce is results driven and recognizes the decision to litigate is a business decision and while the cost of litigation is often times difficult to predict, he takes proactive steps to manage cases efficiently and focus on cost effective solutions to obtain maximum results for his clients. Commitment to Diversity: In addition to being an aggressive litigation partner, Bryce is chair of the firm’s diversity committee. As chair, he oversees the implementation of the firm’s strategic diversity plan including recruitment, partnership admission, retention, and development across the firm's 13 offices located throughout the Intermountain West, Alaska, and in Washington D.C. Commitment to Pro Bono Work: Bryce also provides pro bono legal services representing abused and neglected children through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.
