Bryan Wells is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Banking and Finance and Bankruptcy Sections. While his practice is primarily focused on serving the firm’s banking clients in litigation and complex commercial workout and restructuring matters, Mr. Wells brings a broad range of experience developed over 20 years of practice in Oklahoma City and in federal and state courts in the region, primarily in Oklahoma and Texas. His trial and appellate practice has included numerous trials to both judges and juries and matters in the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in a diverse variety of areas including bankruptcy litigation involving secured creditors, collections, foreclosures, bad faith insurance, employment, energy, Uniform Commercial Code, construction, municipal utility districts, white collar crime, deathcare, lien disputes, real estate disputes, trusts and estates, mergers and acquisitions, transportation, Internet provider issues (including contract, defamation and copyright infringement), securities and class action litigation.
