Brianne McClafferty

Brianne focuses her practice on commercial litigation. Brianne also assists clients involved in all types of labor and employment disputes. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Brianne was a law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Honorable Judge Morris. In this role, she researched legal issues, prepared bench memoranda, drafted orders, and assisted with management of the court docket.
