Brian S. Montag

Mr. Montag's practice includes Federal and State environmental permitting, compliance and litigation matters, including enforcement and administrative proceedings. He has extensive experience representing clients in matters before numerous state environmental agencies, as well as the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). He has served in leadership roles and as lead counsel in landmark regulatory and litigation matters, including settlements involving Superfund, environmental justice, air, water, and solid and hazardous waste matters.
