Brian’s practice focuses on civil litigation, with his primary concentration in the areas of professional liability litigation, including medical malpractice claims, construction litigation, and other personal injury litigation. He has represented hospitals, practice groups, and individual healthcare providers of all disciplines; nursing and assisted living facilities; and pharmacies, as well as numerous other professional and business entities.
