Baylee Culverhouse provides general legal advice to health systems regarding corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Baylee works closely with hospital systems, physician practice groups, and other healthcare providers. She has previous experience providing general legal advice to long term care facilities, resolving Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues, conducting internal investigations, and litigating administrative appeals and medical malpractice claims. Prior to joining MMM, Baylee interned at multiple healthcare-related organizations, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a professional healthcare liability insurance company, and a large health system.
