Ashley Nagrodski

Since joining Smith Freed Eberhard in 2014, Ashley has expanded her practice area to include a range of complex litigation areas including commercial liability, premises liability, product liability, first and third party personal injury, uninsured and underinsured motorist cases, and sex abuse cases. Throughout her legal career Ashley has argued in more than 20 counties throughout the state of Washington. Her energy, poise and confidence in the court room is unmatched. Relevant Cases In addition to being a skilled attorney, Ashley has authored several publications including two published opinions by the Washington Court of Appeals – Division 1: Furnstahl v. Barr, 197 Wash. App. 168 (2016) and American Express Centurion Bank v. Stratman, 172 Wash. App. 667 (2012).
