Ashley has experience handling intellectual property disputes, particularly trademark infringement claims and Uniform Domain Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) claims. Ashley regularly represents trademark owners in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Ashley represents start-ups and mid-sized companies on intellectual property matters across a variety of industries including AgTech, consumer products, ecommerce, fantasy sports, fashion, finance, food and beverage, hospitality, and real estate.
