Ashley Ettaro

Ashley E. Ettaro is an associate attorney in Wicker Smith’s Tampa office handling matters involving trucking accidents, premises liability, general liability, auto negligence and wrongful death claims. In 2011, Ms. Ettaro earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa with a major in criminology and a minor in law and justice. She continued her education at Stetson University College of Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2017. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Ettaro was an associate attorney at another law firm practicing trucking, premises liability, general liability, wrongful death, negligent security, and property damage cases. She was also an associate attorney at a regional law firm handling trucking, premises liability, Uninsured Motorist coverage, wrongful death, auto negligence and breach of contract cases. Before becoming an attorney in 2017, she worked as a legal assistant/paralegal at an insurance defense firm for nearly seven years. Ms. Ettaro has been admitted to practice in the State of Florida since 2017. She is an active member of The Florida Bar, Middle District of Florida, American Bar Association, and Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, working out and spending time with family and friends.
