Anthony Batt is an associate in VLMG’s Tysons Corner office. Anthony’s practice focuses on complex construction litigation, representing general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals across a range of public and private projects in the United States and abroad. Anthony has extensive experience counseling clients when disputes initially arise to seek measured, efficient resolutions prior to litigation. He also possesses ample experience representing clients from when a lawsuit is filed through closing arguments and everything in between. During law school, Mr. Batt served as an executive board member the Moot Court Board and the Trial Advocacy Association. Presently, he regularly coaches mock trial teams comprised of second year and third year law students, and he takes pride in helping develop future litigators and trial attorneys. Prior to joining VLMG, Mr. Batt has worked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area as a litigator serving clients in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, and labor and employment litigation.
