Amy Tindell

Dr. Amy Tindell is an intellectual property attorney with experience across a diverse range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, computer programs and security, alcoholic beverages, consumer products and retail, and sporting equipment and events. Amy focuses her practice in trademark prosecution and enforcement. She counsels clients on trademark selection and clearance, and on strategies for securing, maintaining, and enforcing their trademark portfolios, both domestically and internationally.
