Amber Pelot

When clients are faced with a commercial real estate or public finance transaction, they need a detail-oriented, efficient, and practical problem solver like Amber. Amber represents institutions, investors, and developers in equity, development, and tax abatement transactions across the U.S., as well as governmental entities in public finance transactions. Amber Pelot is co-leader of the firm’s Government & Economic Incentives Team. Amber advises clients on commercial real estate projects spanning a number of asset classes, including industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use. In addition to focusing on commercial real estate acquisition, ground-up development, leasing, and disposition matters, she advises clients on economic development incentives, serving as bond counsel, special counsel, and local counsel in bonds-for-title and other incentive transactions. Amber is committed to forming multiyear, multideal relationships with her clients, always seeking to invest fully in her clients and to understand how the contemplated project fits into the big picture.
