Amber Pelot is co-leader of the firm’s Government & Economic Incentives Team. In addition to focusing on commercial real estate acquisition, ground-up development, leasing, and disposition matters, she advises clients on economic development incentives, serving as bond counsel, special counsel, and local counsel in bonds-for-title and other incentive transactions. Amber is committed to forming multiyear, multideal relationships with her clients, always seeking to invest fully in her clients and to understand how the contemplated project fits into the big picture.
