Aly has been key to resolution of matters in the pharmaceutical, construction, healthcare, and agriculture industries, among others. Given the diverse client base she works with, Aly is a quick study and has gained experience in various areas of the law, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Anti-Kickback Statute, healthcare fraud, antitrust investigations regarding bid rigging and improper sharing of commercially confidential information among competitors, high-value contract disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and other complex commercial litigation cases.
